Our blade, made from high-carbon steel and hand-hammered in three layers, undergoes 12 processes to achieve the perfect balance between sharpness and durability. Each side of the wet manual V-type edge is ground to a 15° angle, making it suitable for both right and left-handed users.
The blade surface is blackened with a stone washing effect, creating a vintage look that many customers adore. Vacuum heat treatment and black stone washing enhance the retro feel. Our craftsmanship includes polishing and sandblasting to ensure the blade stays sharp for longer.
